Sharon O’Hara is a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist and Certified Sexual Offender Treatment provider. In her work with sex addicts and their partners, she uses a combination of 12-Step philosophy, cognitive behavioral, and somatic therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help control self-destructive behavior.

Sharon is the former Clinical Director of the Sexual Recovery Institute and she sees private clients for individual, group, and couple therapy, both in Beverly Hills and Torrance/San Pedro.
